I love my Ufos!

2015-10-02 08.26.49

I love my Ufos, every single one of them (I think) - I love them enough to move them forward to finish!
I  have looked through all my boxes today. It was a journey through different stages of my quilting life through the last plus minus 10 years. I have more than what you see here.
I will never be a no-Ufo person, but less is more, and my Ufo boxes are filled with so many hours of done work. It would be a shame to let all that hours go to waste, right?

I love to decorate with quilts - plastic boxes do not look half as good as a finished quilt :-)

My Ufo challenge makes me happy - it must be a good thing with the 1 to 1 ratio.

small steps

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend,
wherever you are!

  2. We all have a variety of projects on the go, but it's a nice feeling to get some ufos finished. Your sewing corner looks so pretty and inviting.

  3. I will be glad to get back home in late October from our trip and get back to my routine - I am such a routine person I am ready to have my regular quilting time back once again. I love your set up with the chairs on the one end of your living space with the quilt on the wall

  4. Your post today is an inspiration to me. Earlier this year I organized most of my UFOs in containers. This certainly helps because everything for the project is in one place. At the beginning of each month I write a list of things I want to get done including concentrated work on at least one of my UFOs. I have found that picking up old projects can be fun and my interest is renewed. Good luck on your projects.

  6. Best of luck with your UFOs I think we are all guilty of having some! What a lovely area you have for your hand stitching and both the wall hanging and table runner look great and very much at home in the space.

Hilsen Anne Kari :-)
