Greetings from Elverum

Hello from Elverum :-)

Tomorrow we are having a big sew-together for Tepper som varmer (Warming Quilts) for children with long term diseases.

We are having a lovely time at May Britt’s, and have enjoyed a lovely dinner with red wine on the side :-)

eq suggestion

I have brought red and white and black fabrics. Maybe this is what I will make tomorrow ?

I have EQ6 on my laptop and just made this quilt on screen :-)

  3. Hope you'll have a wonderful time tomorrow. Hope many people will show up, and hope you will be able to make som darling quilts for the kids. I know a little boy, that was in and out of hospital for a couple of years because of Leukemia he got when he was five yrs old, and he got a quilt like this. He was lucky, and have no longer the cancer today, but the family treasure the quilt still. It really means so much for these guys to have something special, even if it's memories of sad things, but it's most of all a memory of care and love. I hope to get to be a part of something like this in the future:o) You do a wonderful job!

Trenger dere maskinquilting, kan jeg ta på meg å quilte et par tepper ihvertfall:-). Ha bakstykker, men ikke vatt. Ta kontakt hvis interessert. Klem fra Hilde i Lillestrøm
