Finally there !

This afternoon I finished my Nearly Insane quilt !!
These blocks are 6" and the whole quilt is 98 blocks, with 2 half blocks counted as 1.

The quilt is machine quilted by Catherine Timms in Ontario, Canada. She does lovely work, as you see.
I had the pleasure of bringing the quilt home from Canada a month ago.

My beloved grand-cat offered her expertise in quilt inspection when I did the last inches of the binding :-)

What is next ?
Civil War Diary blocks, Dear Jane blocks in blue and brown, Dear Jane stitchery......

Never a dull moment here in my sewing corner :-)

  46. Oh WOW most quilters would never attempt something so complex - what a grand accomplishment! Hane, you should be so proud! I hope you make a quilt label for it telling of its journey - and that you made it so that future generations will know of the quilt’s history! ;)

I especially love the red and white colors together..... most dear Jane’s that I see these days are too busy with so many colors. I like yours best! Oh, Hane, I think it should be featured in a quilt magazine! :)

    Love from Texas! ~bonnie
