Small steps also gives finishes :-)

Christmas with Dear Jane - hmmm - has a good sound to it, don't you think ? :-)
I felt like working with a different colourway and my swap friend likes these too, so we'll keep at it for as long as we find it is fun.

In my head I see a small quilt, maybe with poinsettia applique or Log Cabin in red and green around the edge.
Where it will end, only time will know.

These 4 blocks I could cross off my November goal list - that was nice too :-)

See these 2 blocks, L 9 - Walter's Place, with different colours.
The red and green one leads my thoughts to poinsettias.

  6. I do like the Christmas colors but are you actually making more than one DJ? I thought that was a once in a lifetime type project!

  7. I like the Christmas colors, too. The blocks don't look so daunting when you see them by ones and twos, do they? =)

  13. How different these look with the change in fabric. I bet those poinsettia blocks would look terrific with those. I know you are a whiz at those!

  15. I don't know which is the most pleasant. Making the blocks or thinking about the many settings they can be placed in.
